A. M Jain Scouts and Guides celebrated Thinking Day, honouring the legacy of founder Baden Powell. The event featured the hoisting of the flag, recitation of the motto and promise, and a skit showcasing the history behind the left-hand shake, first aid techniques and bandaging skills.

A Rank Ceremony was organized to honour NCC cadets who have exhibited exceptional dedication, discipline and leadership during their journey in the National Cadet Corps. The ceremony aimed to recognize the efforts of cadets who have consistently upheld the values and ideals of the NCC and have proven themselves worthy of higher responsibilities. Congratulations to Lakshiya A of Grade 8‑D for being selected to the final round of the Young Authors Quest conducted by Britannica Education on 13 December 2025 in New Delhi. Lakshya was among the 25 toppers out of over 20000 participants from across the country. She received a participation certificate from Dr. Kiran Bedi, IPS, former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry.

The High School Annual Day was celebrated on 31st January 2026. The theme being “Prakriti”, the hall lit up with high energy performances. The Margazhi Melodies event was held at Gyan Bhavan on 10th January, 2026. It was truly an eye treat.  The chief guest, Ms. Pushpa Kandaswamy—Creative Head and Managing Director of Kavithalayaa Productions Pvt. The Interactors of A.M. Jain School visited Prema Vasam, a home for children with intellectual disabilities, as part of their community outreach initiative. The visit aimed to spread cheer and goodwill, while fostering empathy and understanding among students. The experience served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of love, care, and inclusion.

Students of Class 9 proudly recited the Preamble of the Constitution, outlining its ideals. A ramp walk was performed  to represent the Fundamental Rights and Duties of citizens, and posters, placards, and models displaying constitutional values were also exhibited.

A career guidance session on Corporate Secretaryship was conducted on 21st November 2025 for grade 11 and 12. The session was led by Mr. C. Murugan, Assistant Director, Southern India Regional Office, Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Chennai.

Yuva Kala Utsav, 14th Nov, at AMJS :  The courtyard, halls, and classrooms came alive with the colours of talent and creativity. The celebrations continued with Yuva Kriya Utsav on 15.11.25, showcasing the students’ imaginative and unique projects.

28 NCC Cadets had visited Indian Naval Air Squadron (INAS) 313 on 19.11.2025.It is known as the "Sea Eagles," which is a unit of the Indian Navy that operates Dornier aircraft for maritime surveillance, search and rescue and other duties.They also had a chance to see the Dornier-228 aircraft, a multi-role, short-range maritime reconnaissance aircraft.

On 17th November 2025, the Class 10 students of A. M. Jain School had the unique opportunity to interact with two esteemed officers from the Indian Navy — Commander Radhika and Lieutenant Commander Sriram. The session focused on career prospects and job opportunities in the Indian Navy.

Our students took part in NIFT’s Natural Dyeing workshop on 13 Nov, where Class 11 and 12 learners combined theory on natural dyes with hands‑on fabric dyeing using natural ingredients, exploring various techniques and enjoying a blend of theory and practice.
