Teacher Cultural Exchange Program – 09.12.2024 | AMJS Hosts Sri Lankan Delegation

It was a glorious day at AMJS as a 40-member delegation from Sri Lanka visited the campus on 9th December 2024. The exchange was facilitated by Ms. Nathiya Jain, Headmistress of Balvatika, who serves as the Indian representative to the ECCE program in Sri Lanka. The delegation included officials from Sri Lanka’s Early Childhood Care Unit, along with principals and teachers from various schools.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for classroom observations and interactive discussions with AMJS educators, fostering a deep exchange of teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches. The event concluded with Dr. Maheshwari Natarajan, Director of AMJS, presenting certificates to the delegates, marking the significance of this international collaboration.

Adding a delightful touch to the program, there was an enriching cultural and culinary exchange, making the experience truly memorable for everyone involved. This event not only strengthened educational ties between India and Sri Lanka but also reinforced AMJS’s commitment to global learning and collaboration.
