Heritage games with Grandparents

The students of the AMJS Heritage Club thought they could have it their way with the grandparents - but were in for a pleasant shock when the elderly employed all kinds of strategy and came out winners - a roll of dice, a tricky count of cowries in dayakattai - they aced it all!!

Grandparents Mrs. Valarmathi, Mrs. Malliga, Mrs. Deivakripa, and Mrs. Lakshmi shared their childhood memories and played traditional games like *Pallankuzhi, Dhaayam, Goli, and Paramapadam* with students.

The students witnessed the values, strategy, and science behind traditional play and pledged to reduce screen time and keep our heritage alive.
