Students of Agurchand Manmull Jain School’s Heritage & Literary Club embarked on a captivating and immersive field trip to Uthiramerur, a historic town steeped in ancient Indian traditions, democracy, and architecture.

🏛️ Trip Highlights:

• Vaikuntha Perumal Temple and Bala Subramanian Murugan Temple – marveling at architectural brilliance and spiritual significance

• Kudavolai Inscriptions – decoding ancient scripts and gaining firsthand insight into democratic practices from as early as 920 CE

• Election Reenactment – students reenacted one of the world's oldest democratic election systems

• Tirumalai Vaidya Prasanna Venkatesh Perumal Temple – a visual treat of South Indian temple architecture
