They explored the French quarters, with its narrow streets, colonial architecture, and a blend of French and Indian influences. The pastel-colored buildings and quaint cafes offered a glimpse into the area's historical significance.

They visited the serene Aurobindo Ashram, where they learned about integral yoga and spiritual growth, participating in meditation sessions amidst lush gardens. This experience fostered a sense of community as they shared reflections and insights.
