Yoga for life - body - find your body-mind balance

As a part of the School Health and Wellness Program, yoga sessions were conducted from September to November 2025. The sessions are aimed at relieving exam stress and promoting adolescent well-being through disciplined yoga practices that nurture the body, mind, and emotions.
