Computer Science is a broad field that continues to widen. Opportunities abound for

students to turn their interest in computer technology into new innovations and

challenging and rewarding careers. The breadth of the field, however, and the need

to learn at least a smidge about each little corner while building demonstrable

expertise in at least one of them, proves a daunting challenge.

Participating in student clubs can help students manage their stress and thrive.

A good Computer Science program offers, for their students, many opportunities to explore their interests, imagine and realise the possibilities, work and socialise with their peers. Extracurricular opportunities can help Computer Science students build expertise, make connections, and gain confidence, all the while learning to work with and appreciate their colleagues.

beings are visual creatures, and display technology is often the single biggest

communications and distance learning. It is not only a great way to capture and share

events when they occur, but a way to automatically build a video library of all your

As AI takes on more of a teaching role by providing students with basic information,

it will change the role of teachers in the classroom. Teachers will move into the role

of classroom facilitator or learning motivator. This year 2020-2021 we have

introduced Artificial Intelligence in our curriculum for grade IX & XI

Augmented reality uses existing reality and physical objects to trigger computer-

generated enhancements over the top of reality, in real time. Essentially, AR is a

technology that lays computer-generated images over a user's view of the real world.

These images typically take shape as 3D models, videos and information. Our

teachers started to use AR in the classroom features aspects that enhance learning

abilities like problem-solving, collaboration, and creation to prepare students for the

future.
